.

The Fate of Katherine Carr by Thomas H. Cook is, in Otto’s very humble opinion :), Mr. Cook’s best book, rivaled only by Breakheart Hill and Red Leaves. And that, as you fans know, is high praise indeed. This is a Crime Club Main Selection. $25.00

Even is Andrew Grant’s first book and Andrew Grant is Lee Child’s younger brother. Even introduces David Trevellyan, late of the Royal Naval Intelligence Division (think James Bond), who finds himself in trouble in New York City. This is a Thriller/Espionage Club Selection. $24.95

When we offered John Hart’s novel, The Last Child, as an Unclassifiable Club selection, we were only able to offer it to club members because we were able to get so few copies. But we have been able to get more signed first editions of this very well received literary mystery. $24.95

Black Water Rising is Attica Locke’s debut novel set in Houston, Texas, in 1981. It introduces Jay Porter, a lawyer who runs his fledgling practice out of a dingy stip mall. When he saves a woman from drowning in the Bayou, he opens a pandora’s box which entangles him in a murder investigation that could cost him his practice. This is a First Mystery Club Selection. $25.99

After what seems an interminable wait, Carlos Ruiz Zafon has written a follow up to Shadow of the Wind. The Angel’s Game is a wonderful literary biblio mystery that is also a breathtaking adventure of intrigue, romance, and tragedy. An Unclassifiable Club Selection. $26.95
